Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using the FeedEase iPhone app: what is free, how Premium subscriptions work, and the limits of what the app can do for you. By downloading or using FeedEase, you agree to them.

Last updated: September 30, 2026.

1. Who we are

FeedEase is published by Mickael Akim Gauthier, individual entrepreneur (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 879 819 480 (SIRET 879 819 480 00044), Bureau 326, 78 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: contact@feedease.app.

2. Who can use FeedEase

FeedEase is made for parents and caregivers who want to keep track of a baby's feeds. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live to buy a subscription. You are responsible for the information you enter about your child.

3. What is free and what is Premium

Logging feeds (bottle, nursing and pumping) and viewing your feeding history are free, with no limit on the number of entries.

Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks extra features, such as the prediction of your baby's next feed, a heads-up reminder before it, a suggested amount to prepare based on your baby's recent bottles, and advanced stats. The exact list of Premium features is shown in the app and may change over time.

5. FeedEase is not medical advice

FeedEase is a tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Predictions, suggested amounts, reminders and stats are based only on the feeds you log, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Always follow the advice of your pediatrician or another health professional about how and how much to feed your baby. If you are worried about your baby's health, contact a doctor; in an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States, 112 in Europe).

Milk storage times shown in the app follow public health guidance and are provided for information only. When in doubt, throw the milk away.

6. Your license to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FeedEase on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, not to interfere with its security, and not to use it for anything illegal. FeedEase, its name, logo, design and code belong to Mickael Akim Gauthier. The data you enter remains yours.

7. Your data

Your feeding log is stored on your device only. We cannot see it and we cannot recover it if you delete the app, reset your phone or lose it. Keeping your phone backed up is up to you. How the app handles personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the app

We may update FeedEase, add, change or remove features, or stop offering the app. If we stop offering Premium, you keep it until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further renewals will be charged.

9. Limitation of liability

FeedEase is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise that it will be free of errors or always work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for loss of data, or for decisions made based on information shown in the app. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for FeedEase in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content in the European Union.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and Mickael Akim Gauthier, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for FeedEase or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects your rights, it will apply only after it is published here, and you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription if you do not agree.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Before any legal action, please write to us at contact@feedease.app so we can try to solve the issue together. If no solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the applicable rules.
